HelpText - Turnkey text solution for existing call centre and IVR services

HelpText is a text message solution. The user sends a question via SMS to a unique short-code and keyword. E.g. "travel" on "57033". This SMS passes through our platform and turns up on a computer screen of a HelpText operator. In case all operators are busy at a certain time, all incoming messages will be automatically queued and stored. No message gets lost.

HelpText also matches all returning customers with operators they have been dealing with before and provides a full history of previous interactions. Furthermore operators are also able to send premium content like pictures or video to customers handsets.
